David Hewlett is an actor, writer, director, producer, and web-programmer -- a geek of all trades. Current;y, he plays Dr Rodney McKay on the hit sci fi series <I>Stargate Atlantis</I>, and has done so since 2003. In 2006, his production company, Kibble Productions Ince, released it's first film, <I>A Dog's Breakfast</I>, which was his directorial and screenwriting debut. The film won Best Actor and Best Film in the 2006 Stratford-Upon-Avon Film Festival. He lives his wife and co-producer, Jane Loughman, their son Baz, and their dog Mars.
